Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
If you change your mind shipping will be at your expense. Please include a paid return bag with your address and the product in the same condition as it was received.
Returns
Freight credit does not apply to a return due to change of mind. General returns will be at purchaser expense.
Faulty Products
Faulty products will be replaced at no charge. Email hello@obdesigns.net with an image of the defective item.
